This laptop can run the latest Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.3. However, I was unable to install Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.3 or Windows 11 using a bootable USB. The only successful installation method was cloning an existing Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.3 image from another HP laptop.
Linux Mint shuts down properly, but the fan and screen remain on after shutdown. These can be turned off by holding down the power button.
The keyboard is secured with a small amount of double-sided tape to keep it in place. Aside from this, the laptop appears to function normally.
I only used this laptop for a short time, so I cannot guarantee there are no additional issues. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
