Antique Blown Glass F. Steflitschek Etched Wine Aerator Tester Wien Vienna

This is an Antique Blown Glass F. Steflitschek Wien Vienna Austria Wine Aerator Tester Decanter Glass Dispenser. It is approximately 20-1/2" long and in excellent condition. The company was in operation from 1850 to 1914 and applied for several patents in 1877.
This is a blown glass wine tester patented by F. Steflitschek Wien of Vienne, Austria. The flask/bottle portion has an etched design that reads "Little Hungary". On the side it reads PATENT F. STEFLITSCHEK WIEN. This was hand blown by a craftsman with an applied handle and applied glass tube at the bottom. At the bottom is a unique glass spigot that operates by pushing upwards with a small amount of wine or liquor. This pushes up a glass float and the liquid would fill the glass tube from the bottom up. Please see pics for condition, no major breaks or chips. Some minimal chips/wear.
