Great vinyl record from Beach Boys, Surfin' USA and the rare mono pressing, at that.
This is an honest player copy and wax is VG- visually; she plays VG+. The marks all appear to be usual/normal play use. I try to make sure you can see them very well as with all my listings in the bright light. Just FYI - near mint for this rare pressing is $150 low end - so there is a huge discount for it being a player copy.
The original innie catalogue sleeve is there and it is visually beautiful but the bottom is split from someone dropping the record in, so G on the innies. Atleast tbey are there.
Jacket is VG for the edgewear as pictured, but its a great jacket front and rear visually. Acid free glue will repair that but Ill leave it for you unless you want me to fix it up for you. It initially had writing on it but that was removed - no sign of it at all now.
