【Description】
This is the "SMC" model, the highest-end of the Takumar series, which is synonymous with old lenses.
It features a large bokeh effect due to its f/1.4 aperture and beautiful flares and ghosts when shooting against the light.
As it is an M42 mount, it can be enjoyed with mirrorless single-lens reflex cameras from various manufacturers via an adapter.

【Appearance】
As shown in the photos, there are no noticeable scratches or paint剥げ (peeling), and it is in very clean condition considering its age.
The rubber on the focus ring is also not deteriorated and has a smooth texture.

【Optics】
The inside of the lens is very clear.
There is no mold or clouding, and it maintains good condition even when exposed to strong light.
There is some minor dust, but it does not affect the shooting.
*The yellowing specific to this model is also very slight, making it a very easy-to-use unit.

【Operation】
• Aperture blades: No oil stains, and the click feel is good.
• Focus ring: Rotates smoothly with moderate torque.
