Used. Exquisite Creatures Bug puzzle from Pomegranate. The pieces are in perfect condition and none missing as far as Im aware. Got it in a puzzle swap on reddit, it came with a bit of box damage (scuffs here and there, a spot of marker on the back) besides that in great condition.

I pack my puzzles in brown paper bag wrap with tape on every corner. Never have had issues with this but am also happy to use a box if preferred. It may raise shipping a good bit just fyi. (Can also do a different shipping method like pirateship to save money, but it wont be covered by mercari protection)
