White and gold color porcelain tea caddy from Denmark, missing lid. Design on front is believed to be celebrating the Danish Constitution. King Frederik VII and King Frederik IX are lauded on the back. PLEASE see last two photos. Makers mark on the bottom is from Bing & Grondahl (B&G Copenhagen before the merger with Royal Copenhagen). Mark is green with 3 towers and dates between 1966 and 1969. Item is 6" to 6.5" tall, 4" wide (front/back), 2.25" wide (each side), and has a 1.5" across opening at the top. Caddy indicated it was a porcelain flask on an auction site. Item is hard to find and seems to be rare. Possibly a reproduction of an earlier product made by B&G. In good condition with no chips or cracks. Lid is missing. No box. Can be used as a vase. Please refer to photos. Previously owned.
