The Sensor Switch WVR 16 WH is a wide-view, line-voltage occupancy sensor designed for corner mounting, ideal for retrofit applications such as classrooms with inaccessible ceilings. Operating at 120 to 277 VAC with a 16 A capacity, it uses Passive Infrared (PIR) technology to detect small movements up to 40 feet away and larger motions up to 70 feet, making it suitable for spaces like 30 ft x 30 ft rooms or corridors. The sensor requires no neutral wire, allowing easy wiring directly from local switches using wiremold, which simplifies installation where running new wiring is challenging. Equipped with one relay (optional second relay for 2-pole applications, WVR 16 2P), each relay can control up to 13 A. Its surface-mount design, white finish, and compact dimensions (3 in H x 3.6 in W x 1.75 in D) ensure an unobtrusive appearance.
