These are plastic connecting discs, also known as snowflake blocks, Link 'N' Locks, or geoflakes, a type of construction toy.
The discs are designed with eight slots around the perimeter, allowing them to interlock and build 3D structures.
They are available in multiple vibrant colors, including red, yellow, turquoise, and beige, as seen in the image.
The toys help develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness.
They can also be used as counters for basic math activities like sorting and patterning.

These were my husbands when he was a boy, now in his 70’s.

The light colored ones in the last picture glow in the dark. I didn’t count them but 10-15% should glow in the dark.

Have been in storage, so will need cleaning.
