"TULTEX" '90s vintage Multi checkered pattern sweat

This is a '90s USA-made TULTEX sweatshirt pullover.

It's made of a 50% cotton, 50% polyester fleece fabric, with a basic crew neck and raglan sleeve body.

It's likely a custom-made crew neck sweatshirt, with a checkerboard pattern sewn onto the chest using sheeting fabric, and a ribbed collar.

The body has faded to a moderate degree, and the checkerboard fabric also has a slightly faded impression.

It's a piece with crafty decorations, but because of the black body and the subdued color palette of the pattern, it's a garment that's easy to coordinate.
