Replacement BASE ONLY for Westmoreland butterfly or bird on a branch. Westmoreland mark on base. Possibly produced by summit? No chips or cracks.
Bright UV glow. Glass is red or ruby with iridescent Carnival finish giving it a rainbow sheen.
