This is an X-Mobile Genkai Toppa Wi-Fi router.
(X-Mobile changed their routers a few years ago, and this is the old type, so it's unclear if it still works as a router.)
The device itself is an Android OS smartphone, the Jetfon!
I've already canceled my Wi-Fi service, so I'd like to give this away.
[Note] It's not possible to use this as a smartphone as is. (Perhaps an engineer could connect it to a PC and extract the original hidden Android functions...)
